Who is responsible for your information

Callum Willis trading as Neshfox is the data controller for information you provide through this website.

What information is collected

The opportunity-audit form may collect:

• Your name, role, company, work email and optional phone number
• Your team size and optional number of properties managed
• Information about your current software and operational bottlenecks
• Basic technical information needed to protect the form from spam and misuse

Why the information is used

The information is used to assess your request, decide whether Neshfox can help, and respond to you. It is not added to unrelated marketing lists.

The usual legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract and Neshfox's legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries.

Who processes the information

The website and form run on Cloudflare. Form notifications are delivered to Google Workspace. These providers process information to supply hosting, security and email services.

Information is not sold. It may be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

How long information is kept

An unsuccessful enquiry is deleted 12 months after the last contact. If you become a client, relevant information moves into the normal client record and is kept in line with business, tax and legal requirements.

International processing

Cloudflare and Google operate internationally. Where information is processed outside the UK or European Economic Area, the provider's approved transfer safeguards apply.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or transfer of your personal information. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or, if relevant, the Irish Data Protection Commission.

Analytics

Neshfox uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits, referrers, device types and website performance. It does not use cookies, track people across websites or store visitor IP addresses for this purpose.
